RAHIL FOAM PVT. LTD. is established in 2001 to manufacture very precious packaging product called expanded polyethylene foam with state of the art imported technology. It has been put in the market under the brand name of 'Rhyno Foam' .
Company situated at shapar industrial zone in the area of 20000 sq. mtrs. with production capacity 4000 mt. / annum.

RHYNO EPE is non cross linked, extruded, expanded cellular polyethylene foam manufactured from low density polyethylene eco-friendly (LDPE) as base material with blowing agent LPG.

RHYNO EPE has innumerable tiny closed cells, which have very fine and uniform structure available from 1 to 8 mm extruded thickness. Very unique heat lamination process is used to build up the thickness from 5 mm to 100 mm and many more versatile laminated foam products also available.

RHYNO EPE is a very versatile and a unique product by its valuable characteristics suitable in packaging / automobile / construction / insulation / marine / sports and many other industries.

RHYNO EPE is available in standard form of roll and sheet, adhesive backed blocks, diecut components, pouches cut pieces, fabricated fitments, 3-D covers, laminated rolls with aluminum / kraft paper / air bubble sheet / HDPE sheets .

Applications

Packaging
TV computers/monitors, refrigerators, washing machines, electronic equipments, glassware, ceramics, polyester yarn/films, handicrafts, printers, UPS, currency teller machines, diagnostic kits, and surgical equipments and other fragile and delicate products.
In electronic equipments as corner pads, buffers, encapsulation blocks, ribs, and support pads, adhesive backed sheets etc.

Insulation
EPE rolls and insu-tubes are being used widely for insulation of windows, split AC, air handling units and AC ducting, industrial chillers, cold storage and refrigerated vans/containers and industrials refrigerators, cold water pipes and high altitude drinking water-pipe insulation.

Automobiles
Roof tops, engines, bonnets and drivers cabin insulations, door panels and seat linings, floor mats, carpet underlays, upholsteries, sun visors and car AC insulations etc.

Construction
Expansion joint fillers, water proofing of terraces / roofs, foundation wraps, sound barrier underlays, false ceilings, structural glazing.

Sports
Wrestling, judo, gymnastics, taekwondo, and jogging exercise mats. Leg and thigh guards, arm elbow/shoulder pads. Helmets, sleeping bags linings, ski belts, life saving jackets, glove and costume insulations.

Miscellaneous
Carpet underlays, shoes, foam floaters for effluent treatment plants and distilleries, luggage and leather bag linings, caps, Rakhees and jewelry boxes, leather jackets, floppy disk mailers, picnic and garden mats, mattresses and many more.
